Developed for carriers with dedicated service commitments and private fleet operators, this new service will decrease dead head miles and increase your bottom line. Lane Link works like this:

Carrier "A" has a commitment to move 10 shipments a weeks from Cleveland, Ohio to Chicago, Illinois. Carrier "A" needs to make sure his equipment gets back to Cleveland, every time. This is our Lane Link program shines. Carrier "A" notifies MatsonAmericA of its needs, we let our fully automated systems search through our history of dedicated lanes in our nationwide customer database and the match is made.

We specialize in custom tailored truckload services and through our client carriers we offer a vast array of common and specialized trailers, and also have a number of Haz-Mat certified carriers under contract. Approximately 75% of our truckload pickups are specified as same day pickup and we understand the importance of Just In Time delivery. Being an industry leader in truckload logistics has given MatsonAmerica the opportunity to develop a comprehensive and very competitive program offering service to Less Than Truckload shippers throughout North America. Q: Why use third party logistics instead of calling the carriers myself?

A: This is an often asked question. Carriers own and maintain trucks, qualify and hire drivers, keep in compliance with state and federal statutes that govern all aspects of their operations.
